Construction Steps 1. Clean the surface and keep the construction base flat and dry. If it is latex paint or concrete surface with sanding and powdering, it is recommended to first use a sealing primer as a base and wait for it to dry before construction. 2. Use a roller or brush to apply chalkboard paint to make the surface smooth, flat, and free of brush marks. 3. Wait for drying. 4. You can wait for the first coat to dry before applying the second coat to enhance coverage (with a minimum interval of 2 hours).
Drying Time Surface dry within 2 hours and can be used within 12 hours.
Usage Area Not recommended for outdoor use. If the product is not completely dry and comes into contact with moisture, rainwater, and other water vapor, it may cause damage to the coating.
Theoretical Coverage Area A single application of each barrel covers approximately 64-86 sq ft (6-8㎡). * The actual construction area may vary depending on the construction method and surface roughness.
Surface Requirement Before construction, the surface to be painted must be cleaned thoroughly to ensure no grease or other attachments. New concrete surface should be allowed to dry completely (pH value below 10, moisture content below 10%) before construction.
Construction Conditions Temperature 77℉ / 25℃, relative humidity 50%, and the recoating time should be relatively extended in low or high humidity environments). Do not carry out construction when the temperature is below 41℉ / 5℃ and the relative humidity is above 85%. To ensure the coating effect, it is not recommended to dilute this product and it must be stirred evenly before construction.
Storage Conditions The product should be stored in a cool and dry place above 32℉ / 0℃ to avoid freezing. If the product is not used up at once, please reseal it and store it in a cool place.
