Refund Policy
At CrossRoad Finds, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. We do our best to describe each item clearly and pack every order with care. Because our inventory may include new, open-box, overstock, returned, discontinued, or limited-quantity items, please review each product listing carefully before purchasing.
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition it was received
- Unused, unless the item was defective upon arrival
- In its original packaging when available
- Complete with any included accessories, manuals, parts, or tags
Items that show signs of use, damage, missing parts, or altered condition may not qualify for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personal care, hygiene, beauty, or health-related items
- Opened consumable products
- Items damaged by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow instructions
- Items returned with missing parts, accessories, or packaging
- Gift cards or digital products, if offered
If an item is not eligible for return, this may be stated in the product listing.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by CrossRoad Finds.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. CrossRoad Finds is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the shipping label, when applicable
After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, or another fair resolution depending on the situation and item availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor to post the refund.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued when:
- An item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition
- Packaging, accessories, manuals, parts, or tags are missing
- The issue affects only part of the order
- A customer chooses to keep an item with a disclosed issue
Exchanges
Because many of our items are limited quantity or one-of-a-kind finds, exchanges may not always be available.
When possible, we may offer a replacement for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If a replacement is not available, we may offer a refund or another reasonable resolution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, the customer may be responsible for original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any additional reshipping fees.
