At CrossRoad Finds, we work hard to get your order packed carefully and shipped as quickly as possible. We know you are excited to receive your find, and we appreciate your support of our small family-run business.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During busy seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the item size, weight, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.
When available, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. Any active shipping offers will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s service schedule.
Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after shipment, but delivery times are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
CrossRoad Finds is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may offer to reship it once the customer pays the additional shipping cost.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
CrossRoad Finds is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered but not received. However, we will do our best to help you work with the carrier when possible.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with household members, neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier before contacting us.
Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
We will review the issue and work with you toward a fair resolution.
