Hi, we’re Dan and Mary — the team behind CrossRoad Finds.
We started this business with a purpose that’s bigger than products. Mary wanted the ability to work from home so she can be present for two autistic children in our family as they navigate the big transition into adulthood. Anyone who’s been through that stage knows it takes patience, consistency, and a whole lot of heart; and we wanted our work life to support that, not compete with it.
CrossRoad Finds became our way to build something meaningful together while also creating opportunities for them to be involved. From brainstorming what people might love, to helping pick “treasures,” to creating custom crafts and learning how listings, pricing, and customer service work; we include them as much as possible. It’s hands-on learning that builds confidence and real-life skills.
At the core, we’re not just selling items, we’re building a family-driven small business that encourages creativity, independence, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
